Os envío la información sobre una breve encuesta (unos 5 minutos) lanzada para comprender mejor el nivel de conocimiento y uso de la iniciativa RSCVD (Resource Sharing Collaborative and Voluntary Document Delivery).
Han realizado la encuesta voluntarias y miembros del Comité RSCVD con el objetivo de analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios de la app, e identificar fortalezas, debilidades y áreas de mejora.
Las preguntas están en inglés, pero se puede responder en el propio idioma. Los datos cualitativos y cuantitativos recopilados de forma anónima se presentarán en la próxima conferencia IFLA ILDS en Roma (del 28 al 30 de septiembre).
Agradecemos las respuestas de todas las bibliotecas, independientemente de si están RSCVD o participan el préstamo internacional.

Dear Colleagues,
We hope this email finds you well, and We apologize for any cross-posting.
As volunteers and members of the RSCVD (Resource Sharing Collaborative and Voluntary Document Delivery) Committee, we are conducting a survey to better understand the level of awareness and usage of the RSCVD system (a free web-based tool developed for the global libraries community).
The survey aims to analyze user behavior and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
We kindly invite you to participate in this brief survey (approximately 5 minutes).
The questions are in English, but you may provide responses in your preferred language in the text fields dedicated to comments.
The qualitative and quantitative data collected anonymously will be presented at the upcoming IFLA ILDS conference in Rome (September 28-30).
We welcome responses from all libraries, regardless of whether you currently use RSCVD or engage in international lending or borrowing.
If you are part of a national library and professional network mailing list, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share this survey with them.
